Add transcripts to an episode via the API

You can now add a transcript to an episode via our API.

Previously episodes could be created and updated using the API but they could not include a transcript. Transcripts would need to be added afterwards directly in the application interface.

Now the process of API episode creation has been improved. Transcripts can now be added via the API at both episode creation stage and also when an episode is being updated too.
