Mastodon social links now supported

With the rise of a new social media platform, support has now been added to display your Mastodon link on your Transistor website.

You can now add a link to your Mastodon profile into the Social tab of your podcast.

For example, for our own podcast we link to @transistor@podcastindex.social. This is then linked in the footer of our podcast website along with all other social icons.

You can also add a Mastodon URL for any creators and guests that you add into the People tab of your Transistor podcast.
